We should do a UH blog mixer, like one of those middle school dances. S&H will be on one side, providing things like "knowledge" and "insight". FaF will be on the other side, talking 'bout nudie pictures on the internet.

I am talking to myself here, but this season is one of the wildest rides on record, including the '79 season, so I have to express myself, here, on what is still my favorite blog.

Really UH only has had '79-'84 where they delivered, and then there is now. Now is a truly time of Men standing up and deliverying under pressure, now is a time of us having this great '69 Roadrunner, driving the living shit of it, crashing into several mailboxes, knocking off the mirrors and dislocated the upper ball joints, and we still keep the peddle to the metal, somehow we don't hurt ourselves too badly, and we win. Wow. What an incredible team, what an incredible time to be a Coog. 11/9/09.

Went to the Damn SMU game and I got the damn flu. Thats what I get for going to Houston.

I have been secretly reading Steve Cambell, because this blog is just so unreliable lately. So, everyone is complaining about 20,000 attendance for the #15 team in the country. So, Steve says there is no magic bullet, and once again Steve is going all longhorn on us. There is a magic bullet, its what the horns have, its why San Antonio worships horns and aggies when most people here failed to graduate Jr. High. Its called TV.

Saw that UTEP lost, so we should now be able to make it to Liberty against an Auburn, Georgia, Arkansas? Which sounds pretty good to me. I think any of those would be exciting and good TV draws. I know the season is not over but Tulsa is no OKS or even Southern Miss. We will to make it to Liberty. Of course we miss the big payday of $17 million, thanks to one loss. So, Sumlin is probably going to have a bunch of offers in Spring, nothing we can do about it. But the magic ride will continue next season.

Looks like we got some answers to you questions last night. I was a bit nervous until scoring 17 and as always interesting kicking game. Hogan's kicks were solid.

A great outing for the defense forcing the turnovers and leading to Cougar points.

Although I wonder how the game would have gone had the defense not forced turnovers. The offense looked to take long naps through out the game.

Brian, I doubted that UTEP would beat UH. Who know what can happen, but IF we do win the rest of the season, and so does UTEP, our bowl outlook is very poor. I think Armed Forces gets the #2 team out of CUSA, then Texas Bowl gets #3. I think. If these guys at ScootandHolman would stop studying, worrying about their grades so much and get to answering these questions then I would have some clarity here. Damn it.

SA Coog, with a loss to Memphis this early on, I doubt UTEP has a chance at winning out for the rest of the season.
